Encourage customers to leave reviews on your iSeekplant profile and respond back!
The iSeekplant algorithm is very similar to Google, so the more customer reviews you have on your profile the higher you rank in our search results.
Here's a step-by-step to find your customer reviews:
- Login to your iSeekplant profile
- On the left side of the page you scroll down to Customer Reviews.
2a. On mobile you go to the 3 horizontal lines on the left of the page and scroll down to click on Customer Reviews.
- Here you can see all your reviews filtered by 'Replied' and 'Haven’t Replied'.
- Reply to reviews by clicking the 'Reply' button. (We also provide some posting guidelines about replying to reviews to help you out.
- You can invite customers to review your iSeekplant profile by clicking 'Invite to review' and adding their name and email address. This will then send your customer an email asking for a review.
